10-55 Tote-Stick System

The PULSAIR 10-55 Tote-Stick is designed to mix products in intermediate sized containers that are larger than 55 gallon drums but smaller than 1,000 gallon tanks. With a 5 Plate Array, the 10-55 Tote-Stick is the only mixer designed to agitate the corners of totes, ensuring that all of the product is mixed. The 10-55 Tote-Stick is also available with a single plate for less demanding jobs. The 10-55 Tote-Stick probe length is not standardized. The probe length is determined by the tote, IBC, or or other mixing vessel's size. Customers need to specify the probe length when ordering the unit. The opening of the tank must be at least 8 inches in order to assemble the five plate array inside of the tank. The standard accumulator plate size is 4 inches. The 10-55 Tote-Sick can be made with a 1-6/7" accumulator plate that will fit through a 2" bung opening. (See Portable Probe Lengths.)

By sequentially generating large, oval-shaped bubbles of compressed air or gas through a probe at the bottom of the container, the 10-55 Tote-Stick is the most energy-efficient and cost-effective method available for mixing liquids in intermediate containers. With no shafts, impellers, seals or heavy industrial motors, the 10-55 Tote-Stick is virtually maintenance free. A tremendous saver of energy, the 10-55 Tote-Stick consumes slightly more than 1 SCFM. Resulting reductions in mixing time are commonly 75% to 80%. Light weight and no moving parts are features that make it ideal for mixing "Bag-in-the-Box" IBCs.
