Mustard Mixing Tests

We have been testing the PULSAIR mixer in the process of making mustard. The object of the test was to see if the PULSAIR could effectively dissolve dry mustard in a mixture of vinegar and water. Running the test somehow makes one hungry for a hot dog! We have learned that Pulsair can mix the powder into the liquid provided that all of the powder is not added at once. By adding the powder a teaspoon at a time, using a one quart test tank, we were able to add sufficient powder to produce a product similar in viscosity to yellow hot dog mustard.
