Programmable Remote Station Controller
PRSC

PULSAIR’s Programmable Remote Station Controller (PRSC) is a timing device for multiple tanks (24 is the largest number to date). The system can be programmed to turn on any single or combination of tanks at pre-determined times and for pre-determined mixing duration. It also provides intermittent mixing and displays the time remaining upon request. Timing data is entered and/or changed through the Operator Interface Terminal (OIT). The OIT has a keypad for data entry, and two lines of text that prompt the operator.

The PRSC interfaces with the PULSAIR flat tank, horizontal tank and v-bottom tank mixing systems. Using the PRSC, the operator controls all of the on/off, delayed start and intermittent mixing functions for multiple tanks from a remote location.

The PRSC has a bank of two lighted indicators for each tank:

The operator programs the "on/off" timing solutions into the PRSC. The PRSC sends electrical on/off signals to the HT, FT or VTS pneumatic controllers (must be fitted with the RC option). Dwell and Injection Time are set at the controllers, which send pneumatic signals that open and close injection valves. Once the injection valve is open, compressed air flows to the accumulator plates where the bubble is generated.
