TM-2000 Series
PULSAIR's Convenient Tank Mixer
To fulfill the need for a fixed position tank mixer which can be quickly installed, PULSAIR introduced the TM-2000 Series mixer. These mixers allow customers to mix tanks as large as 50,000 gallons (**). TM-2000 Series mixers can be operated at an injection pressure from 0 to 100 psi.

** In cylindrical tanks it is possible to mix some 50,000-gallon tanks with the TM-2004, depending on the height of the tank.
A NEW TM-2000 SERIES MIXER APPLICATION:
Turnkey Solutions, a partner with TES Technologies in Philadelphia, purchased a TM-2000 Pulsair mixer with a double plate for a wastewater treatment application they engineered. The wastewater treatment skid includes a 1,500-gallon polyethylene tank. The system is PLC controlled, so they required a solenoid activated TM-2000. We provided them with the mixer and the guidelines to program their PLC.
The tank has a 64" diameter and is 121" tall. The double plate does not have any recoil when it pulses; therefore it does not have to be attached to the tank bottom, which is precisely what we want inside poly tanks.
