VTS-3X

There are times when a PULSAIR system is put into operation in an especially harsh environment. In such cases, it can be advantageous to house the injection valves within the housing of the Pneumatic Controller. This requires a larger housing for the controller.

Such a harsh environment was the case at Gray’s Harbor Paper Company in Hoquium, WA. Since they needed to mix three V-Bottomed tanks, PULSAIR supplied a VTS-3X (the X denotes internally housed injection valves) Controller for the plant. Each tank has a single accumulator plate attached to an 1/2" stainless steel probe. Stainless steel tubing was used to connect the probes directly to the controller. One or all three tanks can be operated simultaneously.
