Dip Tank Mixing Systems

Dip water tank mixers are used in a variety of industrial coating applications, washing, cleaning, plating, stripping and other spray applications.  The Pulsair mixing process can be designed to fit any size tank or tank geometry.  The mixing process works by pulsing in bursts of compressed air or gas into the tank bottom through a series of flat round accumulator plates that are attached to the tank bottom.  The large bubbles scour the tank floor to sweep heavier settled solids in order to create a uniform distribution of liquids so the appropriate process can be repeated for each batch ensuring consistent quality.
